Take a weekend and reflect on your life, the way you see yourself in 5 years, why you chose to become a doctor and much more. You can't go into an interview unprepared. You will always be getting questions you haven't thought about. The more time you spend in advance the less number of those questions you will encounter.
Think about the following items and make notes so that you will be able to sell yourself in the best possible way:
Who are You
how are you today
what are your personal strength
what are your personal weaknesses
describe yourself in 5 words
what are your hobbies/ interests
why do you want to be a doctor
where do you see yourself in 5/10 years
waht are your feelings about moving to ...
what adjustements do you have to make in order to move your family with you to new city/state/country
give an example of how you handled stressful situatations in the past
give an example of how you handled conflict in the past
can you teach something nonmedical in 5 minutes

what are your expeirence in research
what are yourUSMLE scores and exlain low scores
why do you have a hole in CV
how did you prepare for USMLE and CSA exams
what about ECFMG requirements

why this specific residency program
why specialty XYZ
is this the only speciality you are applying to? or are you undecided?
explain why you switched specialities in the past
what can you contribute to our program
Points of View
what are health care system difference between home country and US
why do you want to practice in the US and not in your homecountry
important case you would like to share that had an impact on who you are
do you prefer academic or clinical medicine? why?
what are your thoughts on managed care
ethical questions that might come up and how would you react if you see a resident doing something unethical etc
